The 14-day guarantee
If Aha Studio is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back. This applies to lifetime, yearly and monthly plans.
The starter allowance
During those 14 days your account runs on a starter allowance. It is enough to try every AI worker on real work for your business:
- 1 Site Sniper site (a hub page and up to 8 articles)
- 1 Neighborhood Pages site of up to 29 pages
- 1 SEO Magnets content hub of up to 19 pages
- 2 Traffic Magnets calculators
Your full allowance unlocks automatically on day 15.
Unlocking your full allowance early
If you want everything straight away, you can unlock your full allowance from your account page before day 15. Doing that ends your refund window. Before you confirm, the page asks you to tick this statement:
"Unlock my full allowance now. I understand this ends my 14-day money-back guarantee: once I unlock, I can no longer ask for a refund."
When you unlock, we record your account email, the time, your purchase date and the statement you agreed to, so there is a clear record for both of us.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@anthonyhayes.me or open a ticket at the help desk, anthonyhayes.ladesk.com, from the email you bought with. Include your order number if you have it. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Zaxaa and PayPal.
Please talk to us before opening a payment dispute: it is faster for you, and we can usually sort out any problem directly.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, or once you have unlocked your full allowance, payments are not refundable. You can cancel a yearly or monthly plan at any time to stop future payments; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Renewal payments are not refundable, so we email you a reminder a few days before each renewal.
Why it works this way
AI workers do real, costly work the moment you use them. The starter allowance lets you judge every AI worker properly while keeping the guarantee fair for everyone. See also our terms of service.
