1. Who we are
Aha Studio is run by KISS Internet Marketing Co. Ltd (Anthony Hayes), 391/47 Moo 10, Thappraya Road, Soi 15, Nongprue, Banglamung, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Aha Studio, and "you" means the person or business using it. Questions: support@anthonyhayes.me or the help desk at anthonyhayes.ladesk.com.
2. What Aha Studio is
Aha Studio is a suite of AI workers: automated workflows that research, plan, write, build and publish marketing assets such as landing pages, articles, content hubs, niche websites and calculators. A plan gives your account access to every AI worker in the suite. The AI Agent Factory, where you build your own workflows, is a separate product with its own price and is not part of an Aha Studio plan.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
- Lifetime: one payment. See section 4 for what lifetime means.
- Yearly: billed once a year and renews automatically until you cancel. We email you a reminder a few days before each renewal.
- Monthly: billed every month and renews automatically until you cancel. We email you a reminder a few days before each renewal.
Prices are the ones shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our checkout provider, Zaxaa, through PayPal (by PayPal account or card); we never see your full card details. You can cancel a yearly or monthly plan at any time to stop future payments, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. To cancel, stop the subscription in your PayPal account or contact support.
Your plan is activated with a licence key from your purchase email. One licence is for one Aha Studio account. Please do not share your account or licence, or resell access to it.
4. What "lifetime" means
A lifetime plan gives you access to Aha Studio's AI workers for as long as we run Aha Studio, and we guarantee a minimum of 3 full years from the day you buy. If we ever close Aha Studio after that minimum, you will get at least 90 days' notice and time to export your work.
5. The AI workers change over time
We add new AI workers regularly, usually every month. We may also update, replace or retire an AI worker when it is no longer useful or something better has replaced it; marketing and AI change quickly, and the lineup changes with them. Your plan covers the AI workers available at the time. Work you have already published or downloaded stays yours.
6. Allowances
Each AI worker has a usage allowance on your plan (for example sites, articles, calculator reports or images a month), shown in the app. During the first 14 days after purchase your account runs on a smaller starter allowance; see the refund policy. Where an AI worker supports it, you can connect your own AI provider key to keep working beyond the included allowance; your own key is billed by your provider.
7. Refunds
Every plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The details, including the starter allowance and the option to unlock your full allowance early, are in our refund policy.
8. Your content
What you create with Aha Studio is yours. You are responsible for what you publish: AI-written content can contain mistakes, so review pages, articles and claims before they go live, and make sure you have the right to use anything you add, such as images, testimonials, reviews and business details. Our AI workers are built not to invent facts about your business, but the final check is yours.

9. Acceptable use
Please do not use Aha Studio to:
- publish anything illegal, deceptive or infringing, including fake reviews, testimonials or endorsements;
- impersonate a person or business, or create pages for a business you do not represent;
- send spam, or collect personal data without a lawful basis;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first.
10. Other services
Aha Studio works with services we do not control, such as WordPress, Netlify, AI providers, search data providers and YouTube. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their changes or outages. Aha Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, WordPress, Netlify, OpenAI, Anthropic or YouTube.
11. No guaranteed results
We build Aha Studio to produce useful, high-quality marketing assets, but we cannot promise rankings, traffic, leads, sales or income. Results depend on your business, your market, your content and how you use what the AI workers produce.
12. Availability and liability
We work to keep Aha Studio running and to fix problems quickly, but the service is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a provider we rely on has an outage. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Aha Studio after that means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
